3 Day Workout routine

It’s a good idea to do 4 sets of everything, but 3 sets is fine if time is a factor.

Always start with a lighter weight and increase as the sets progress.

When you feel the challenge is wearing down, then you’ll increase the starting weight the following week.

If equipment is occupied, you can re–order circuits or swap exercises to accommodate.

Barbells can be switched out with dumbbells, vice versa.


-Day 1-

Chest and Back

Circuit 1:

*try for 5 sets on both or 5 on bench (or more) and 4 on the pull-down.
